WHAT "SEGO BORANAN" IS???


Boranan Rice
      Boranan rice or (sego boranan), is a typical traditional food and Lamongan, East Java. This food (sego  boranan) not widely known outside Lamongan because it is only sold in Lamongan. This food  is usually served by sit in a plated mat (lesehan) and usually peddled around the city markets areas in Lamongan.


      Boranan rice, consisting of rice, spices, side dishes, peanut brittle (a type of cracker feed stock of seasoned flour and fried rice). Seasoning of the boranan rice consists of spices that are in the blend, and side dishes offered by various vendors, including chicken meat, offal, fish, scrambled eggs, salted eggs, tofu, tempeh, until the sili fish is more expensive than another side dish in boranan rice.
